Insurance Requirements
for all Rentals
As outlined in the Rental Agreement

Section 8.01. Renter Coverage. Renter is responsible for obtaining and maintaining public liability and personal property damage insurance for the Event. The insurance policy must:

(a) Provide coverage for bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and other losses;
(b) Have a single limit of liability of at least $1,000,000 and general aggregate liability of at least $2,000,000; and
(c) Name Grace Communion International and the Church as additional insureds.
(d) Renter shall also carry valid auto liability (if applicable) in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and worker’s compensation insurance (if applicable) covering its Agents, with a minimum Employers’ Liability of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
(d) Renter shall deliver a copy of a Certificate of Insurance and Renter’s current copy of Worker’s Compensation Certificate evidencing such coverage, along with the appropriate endorsement, to GC LEMON GROVE, at least one week prior to the Starting Date of this Agreement, with original delivered no later than the Starting Date of this Agreement.
(e) Renter shall maintain in effect with respect to its personal property insurance (if applicable) to protect against loss of owned or rented equipment and tools brought onto and/or used on the Property.
Section 8.02. Caterer or Vendor Coverage. Renter’s caterer and other Renter Parties are required to obtain and maintain insurance with the coverage described in Section 8.01..
Section 8.03. Certificates of Insurance. At least 15 days before the Event, Renter will provide to GC LEMON GROVE a certificate of insurance evidencing the coverage described in Section 8.01. Additionally, Renter will provide to GC LEMON GROVE any other evidence of insurance coverage as GC LEMON GROVE may request.
