Purpose of the Facility
The facilities of Grace Communion Lemon Grove (GC Lemon Grove) are dedicated to supporting the mission and ministry of the local church and the global denomination, Grace Communion International (GCI). The space exists for worship, discipleship, community care, and activities that align with the values and mission of our congregation.

Use by Outside Groups
GC Lemon Grove may allow outside groups or individuals to use portions of the facility when space is available. Such use must be consistent with the denominational mission, values, and governing policies.

Approval of Events
All facility use must be approved in advance by church leadership. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the church.
Guidelines for Use
Events held in the facility must:

Respect the church and denomination’s mission and values

Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants

Follow any facility rules regarding setup, cleanup, insurance, and supervision
Restrictions
The church reserves the right to decline requests for events or activities that:

Conflict with the mission, values, or teachings of the church

Could create confusion about the church’s beliefs or endorsement

Present legal, safety, or reputational concerns

Are political campaign events or activities promoting illegal conduct
Right of Refusal
GC Lemon Grove retains the right to approve or deny any facility request and may revoke approval if the event violates these guidelines.
